All sessions at the workshop are 1.5 hour long and include 3 or 4 presentations. Be sure to check the duration of your session as you prepare your presentation.
Depending on the number of presentations the length of the presentation can be:
- Presenters in 4 paper sessions will have a maximum of 17 minutes allocated to their presentation and 5 minutes for questions/ discussion.
- Presenters in 3 paper sessions will have a maximum of 20 minutes allocated to their presentation and 10 minutes for questions/ discussion.
Presenters
As presenter, you are responsible for bringing your presentation (ideally, in .ppt or .pdf format) on a USB drive to the room in which your session will take prior to the start of your session, and checking that it works as intended. We recommend you come 15 minutes in advance to insure everything is in order. A suitable format for your presentation is 4:3 (i.e., a 1024×768 resolution).
